Can kids attend the wedding?

If your child’s name is included on the invitation, we would be delighted to have them join us!

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes the option to bring a guest, we would be delighted to have your plus one join the celebration!

Can I stay somewhere other than St. Eugene?

Yes, there are other hotels and accommodations in Cranbrook if you prefer. However, please note that we are not providing shuttle services, so transportation to and from the resort will be your responsibility. We encourage guests to stay on-site at St. Eugene to make the day as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Is there transportation from the airport to the resort?

There is no formal shuttle provided. Guests can arrange transportation via taxi, rideshare, or car rental from the Cranbrook/Canadian Rockies International Airport to St. Eugene Resort.

What time does the golf tournament start?

The tournament will start at 11:00am with the last tee time at around 1:30pm. This aims to have the tournament finished by 6:00pm. We will reach out to individual players regarding who their group is and what time their tee time start is closer to the date.

Can children participate in the golf tournament?

While children won’t be able to play in the tournament, they are welcome to ride along in the cart. We’d like to keep the pace of play running smoothly, and we appreciate your understanding!

How much does the golf tournament cost per person?

$108.40 plus tax per person. This includes green fee, power cart and warm up range basket.

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs? Are rentals available?

Yes, players are responsible for bringing their own clubs. Golf clubs are available for rental at the club house. Taylormade rental sets are available for $50 per 18 hole round per person.

When can I make my reservation for camping at KOA?

We’re still checking on when the 2026 KOA campground reservations will open. The KOA site is live, and they plan to reopen for the season in April 2026. We recommend guests keep an eye on the KOA reservation page closer to that time so you can lock in your spot as soon as possible.

How close is the KOA campground to the wedding ceremony and reception?

The campground is on the same property and is around a 2 - 5 minute walk.

What is available at the KOA Campground?

For guests staying at the KOA St. Eugene Campground, here’s what you can expect during your stay: Full-service RV and tent sites (many with full hookups) Seasonal outdoor pool and access to a hot tub/sauna Washrooms, showers, and laundry facilities Free Wi-Fi and cable TV at select sites Fire pits, picnic tables, and firewood available Snack bar and small convenience options Dog park and pet-friendly areas Playground and outdoor games (horseshoes, basketball, etc.) Access to nearby St. Eugene Resort amenities, including restaurants, fitness center, the golf course, and the Casino of the Rockies Cabin/glamping options for those not bringing an RV or tent

Where is the ceremony location?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the grounds of the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino in Cranbrook, BC, directly in front of the historic St. Eugene Mission building. Surrounded by mountain views, open green space, and the beautiful architecture of the resort, this spot offers a peaceful and picturesque setting for us to say “I do.” Guests will gather on the lawn area just steps from the main entrance, making it easy to move from the ceremony to photos and then enjoy the resort amenities before the reception begins.

Is there a cocktail hour after the ceremony?

No — we won’t be having a formal cocktail hour. After the ceremony and photos, guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the resort amenities until the reception begins.

Where is the reception?

Our reception will be held in the pavilion, a spacious white outdoor tent located on the grounds of St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino right near the ceremony site. The tent is equipped with air conditioning, making it comfortable for guests regardless of the weather.

What time is the reception over?

12:00am

Can I bring a gift for the couple?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! We are not requesting traditional gifts, and if you wish to contribute something extra, we kindly ask for a contribution to our honeymoon fund. No other gifts are necessary—your love and support are what matter most.

What kind of bar will there be?

The reception will have a cash bar. Guests can pay for drinks with cash, Visa, or debit.

Is there parking at St. Eugene?

Yes! Free parking is available on-site for all guests at the resort, making it easy to access the ceremony, reception, and resort amenities.

Can I bring my pet?

St. Eugene offers pet-friendly rooms and camping, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friend for your stay. Please note, however, that pets are not allowed at the wedding ceremony or reception.

What can I do after the reception to keep the party going?

For those who want to keep celebrating, the casino at St. Eugene Resort is open late, offering a fun way to continue the evening with games, drinks, and excitement!
