Our Wedding

Our story began in the summer of 2020, when Amanda traveled to Fernie to visit her brother, Joe. What she didn’t know was that Joe’s friend Riley would be stopping by for a backyard BBQ—along with a few other friends from the valley. Later that evening, the group walked to the Northern Pub, and that’s where the sparks truly began to fly. Something just clicked. Conversation came easy, laughter came quickly, and from the moment they met, it felt like more than coincidence. In fact, that very first night, Riley told Amanda he thought she was the one. Fast forward five years, and that feeling has only grown stronger. Now, with their dog Dash by their side, they’re ready to spend forever together. They can’t wait to grow old together—and to celebrate the start of forever with all the people who have been part of their journey.

While we've chosen not to have a traditional wedding party, we are honored to have two incredibly special people stand beside us on our big day. Amanda's sister, Melissa Sykes and our dear friend, Drew Dukart, will be our official witnesses as we say "I do". Their presence in our lives has meant so much to us over the years, and we couldnt't imaging making this commitment without them by our side. Thank you Melissa and Drew, for your love, support, and for playing such an important role in this next chapter of our lives. We love you!

Wedding Party

A block of rooms has been reserved, use code 458193 when booking for a discount. Discount code expires on May 21, 2026 and please note that only a certain number of rooms will be held. We encourage guests to book in advance. There is a KOA Campground at the resort and we encourage guests to camp if they wish. Booking for the campsite can be done at the KOA St.Eugene website - use this link for a discount - https://koa.com/campgrounds/cranbrook/reserve/?code=wedding We will not be providing transportation to any hotels in Cranbrook and encourage guests to stay on site where our wedding ceremony and reception will be, at St.Eugene Resort &amp; Casino. If you choose to stay at a different hotel Taxi's should be available for transportation.
